Airtel gets a resounding response to BanduloBandulo promotion

Blantyre, : Airtel Malawi says it is impressed with the way customers are responding to its BanduloBandulo Promotion which commenced on August 15, this year (2018).

At every week’s draw, two lucky winners are going away with K1 million each and by the end of the promotion,Airtel will have made at least 28 millionaires.

Speaking on Monday during the AirtelBanduloBandulo Promotion parade in Blantyre, Airtel Sales Manager for the South, NchaneNkhwazi said the parade was aimed at raising more awareness to its customers on the on-going promotion.

At Airtel, we are excited with the response our customers are showing in this promotion. Many people are joining the network as well as joining this promotion. The response is very encouraging and we are optimistic that many will join, Nkhwazi said.

Nkhwazi, therefore, encouraged people to continue buying airtime bundles in a bid to increase their chances of winning and urged those not yet using Airtel bundles to start doing so.

He also encouraged people to register their Sim cards since it is one of the preconditions for one to qualify for the promotion and also as a sign of complying to government’s initiative of mandatory Sim card registration.

Apart from the K1 million winners, over 1,000 people would also cart home K10, 000 each while over 1,000 4G MIFI routers are up for grabs.

So far, about four people have won K1 million cash prizes each, among them being Aisha White and Rhoda Hara who found their luck after buying Whatsapp and sms bundles respectively in a weekly draw which took place on August 27 in Blantyre.

The parade started from Limbe through Bangwe to Chigumula Market all the way to Chilobwe via Zingwangwa to Blantyre Central Business District.
