Blantyre, Nets Company mobile application ”Pamsika application” is enjoying high member registration on Google play.
Net soft company Marketing Director, Innocent Kapenda said in an interview with the Malawi News Agency that the Pamsika mobile application is enjoying high Google play at the moment and more members are registering since the mobile application was updated in May.
We put the application on Google play last month, before we updated the mobile application on Google play we had less than 2000 registered members but after we updated the application on Google play, we have now more than 5000 registered members, said Kapenda.
Pamsika mobile application is Malawi’s mobile application that gives users maps of various places in Malawi and where they can find institutions such as banks, hospitals, restaurants and hotels.
The mobile application also provides a platform to business captains to exhibit their products and services by comparing prices, quality and proximity in short digital shopping.
Net Soft Company Research Officer, Sylvester Mulanje confirmed that currently Pamsika mobile application is enjoying member registration on Google pay. Mulanje said soon Nets Company will start requesting members to pay for legislation.
At the moment, member registration for Pamsika mobile application is for free but as a company, we want to start making profits so soon we will start requesting members to pay for member registration, we encourage people to register now, said Mulanje.
Pamsika mobile application is Malawian mobile application that was developed by three young Malawian men and they came up with the idea of developing the software when they were at the University. Pamsika mobile application aims at developing the economy through business ventures and how they can find institutions using mobile phone.
