Provoice set to launch new album ‘knock it 1966’

Lilongwe: Lilongwe- based upcoming artist, Lameck Fumbani Mwenebanda popularly known as Provoice, is set to launch his long-awaited album titled ‘knock it 1966’ on September 22, 2018 at Club Inferno along Kamuzu procession Road in Lilongwe.

Speaking in an interview with Malawi News Agency (Mana), Provoice said that all is set to launch the album.

I am very much ready for this launch and I want all my fans to come out so that we should celebrate this milestone in my music career together, he said.

He added the album to be launched is comprised of 3 music genres namely; dancehall, Reggae and Afro pop and consist of 15 songs which include; ‘barbershop’ and ‘timudikile’, he says that the songs has centered on the theme of love and motivation.

The songs curries the message of sad love, it also centers on motivating people who are looking for happy love and missing love, said Provoice.

He also said that, he has mixed the genres because he wants his fans to enjoy the album according to their preference genre of music.

According to the musician, he contemplated the title of the album ‘knock it 1966’ as 1966 is the birth year of his late father who passed away in 2009, the artist says he is dedicating the album to his further as a sign of honor.

The album has featured big names in urban music which include; Piksy, Charisma, Sangie and also an international artist from Jamaica called Shawn Ice.

Provoice says his fans should expect more fireworks and mature music performance at the launch of the album.

The songs have been produced at big vision entertainment and Knock it music group in Lilongwe by various producers specifically; Cuff B, Henwood, DJ Sley, Sispence, recall thin genius and Mwanie.
