Lilongwe: Sunbird Hotels and Resorts has called for strong partnerships with its partners in business in order to improve on service delivery.
Group Sales and Marketing Manager for Sunbird, Levie Nkunika made the call Friday at Sunbird Lilongwe hotel during the Sunbird Bookers Appreciation Cocktail.
He noted that though strong partnership with its business partners the institution would strive to provide excellent and quality services to its customers.
” We need to build common values, promote value for money, excellent service, continous improvement, teamwork among others in order to attain win- win situations,” Nkunika pointed out.
The Manager said Sunbird provides quality accommodation, conferencing, dining and banqueting services that meet and exceed the expectation of our customers.
He added that as partners the bookers need to continue moving together and grow with them as one way of enhancing the existing partnerships.
Nkunika said Sunbird would always mantain to be a listening organistion and willing to get feedback both negative or positive.
The Manager said it would even appreciate the negatives more in order to be used as a stepping stone to improve on service delivery and serve customers better.
He noted the Bookers Appreciation Cocktails have provided the organisation an opportunity to engage and interact with its partners and strive more.
Nkunika said 2017 Sunbird performed very well as a result of such engagements and management has appreciated for the continued support it is receiving from the bookers always.
[04/14, 07:38] Andisen Mana: Sunbird Lilongwe Hotel Operations Manager, Felix Mlotho told bookers that their facility has under gone some refurbishment and the rooms are now ready for use.
He said the hotel is now wearing a new looks and it is hoped to meet the needs of the customers who would book accommodation.
” I would like you to go round the hotels and see for yourselves on the improvements management has done basing on your suggestions,” Mlotho told the bookers.
One of the bookers from Malawi Defence Force (MDF) Major Paul Chiphwanya said the initiative shown by Sunbird Management need to appreciated.
He said there are few organisations that are able to host such event and thank their business partners in the way they have done.
The event saw a number of bookers attending it and some luck ones went away with assorted gifts and vouchers from a a raffle draw conducted to own them.
