President Taye Receives Credentials as Nations Deepen Diplomatic Relations with Ethiopia


Addis ababa: President Taye Atske Selassie, at the National Palace, today received the credentials of 14 newly appointed ambassadors representing various countries and the Arab League.



According to Ethiopian News Agency, the newly accredited ambassadors are from Mauritania, Kazakhstan, the Holy See (Vatican), Bangladesh, the Arab League, Indonesia, Serbia, and Sweden.



Moreover, President Taye received the credentials of ambassadors from Canada, Switzerland, Egypt, Hungary, San Marino, and Turkmenistan. The ceremony was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Gedion Timothewos and State Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Berhanu Tsegaye.
